Meet The Team
Raj Bhalla
Raj Bhalla grew up in Canada in the suburbs of Toronto. Always accelerating in numbers, Raj finished finished his Bachelors of Business Administration with Honors and a focus in Accounting. He went on to complete his CPA. Working with industry leaders like PepsiCo and Walmart, Raj quickly learned the importance of numbers in business. This was instrumental as Raj transitioned into real estate. He started investing in real estate at the age of 24. In 2015 Raj relocated to San Francisco where he started doing fix and flips while building turn-key rentals for investors in the Midwest. Since then, Raj entered the commercial space where he serves his investors by finding value add commercial real estate, stabilizing and managing them. In his free time he loves to workout, cook & eat, and travel.
Carl Geiger
Carl Geiger resides in the city of Philadelphia. He is passionate about fitness, mountain biking and real estate. While he focuses on his sports for fun and for his health, he has been buying real estate for 40 years. Carl bought his 1st multi family home at age 19. His real estate experience ranges from buying, renting and selling multi-family, commercial space and single family homes to flipping homes across the country and real estate development in Philadelphia and New Jersey. He is most comfortable in the multi-unit space and raising capital. He has a very well rounded background and continues to learn and thrive in his real estate career.
